Kinesiology Taping​

Kinesiology taping is a gentle, non-invasive therapy used to support healing, reduce pain and swelling, ease muscle tension, and enhance proprioception (body awareness). It works by stimulating the skin and underlying tissues - affecting the fascia, lymphatic and circulatory systems, and the nervous system.

At Jarvis Veterinary Physiotherapy, we offer kinesiology tape following a full physiotherapy session if required, helping to extend and enhance the effects of treatment. The tape typically stays in place for 3–5 days, and your animal can continue normal activities such as walking, turnout, and riding during this time.

Kinesiology taping is offered as an additional service, with a small surcharge to cover tape costs. If needed, Reapplication Sessions can be arranged and priced accordingly.
